Getting a duplicate title when the vehicle was last titled in Arizona
The registered owner of the vehicle must follow these steps:
- Download and fill out the Arizona Duplicate Title Application.
- You can do one of the following options:
- Bring the application to the Motor Vehicle Division.
Time frame to get the title: Same day
Cost to obtain: $4
- Mail the application to the Motor Vehicle Division.

Getting a duplicate title when the vehicle was last titled outside of Arizona
The registered owner of the vehicle must apply for a duplicate title through the state in which the vehicle was last titled in.
