Duplicate Title Instructions

Getting a duplicate title when the vehicle was last titled in Arkansas

    The Registered Owner of the vehicle must follow these steps:

        1. Download and fill out the Arkansas Duplicate Title Application.

        2. You can do one of the following options: 

 

• Bring in the Arkansas Duplicate Title Application to the Office of Motor Vehicles.

                   Time frame to get the title: 3 Weeks
                   Cost to obtain: $5

 

• Mail in the Arkansas Duplicate Title Application to the Office of Motor Vehicles.

Getting a duplicate title when the vehicle was last titled outside of Arkansas

    The registered owner of the vehicle must apply for a duplicate title through the state in which the vehicle was last titled in.
