Title Signature Instructions
How to properly sign the Minnesota title
The registered owner of the vehicle must follow these steps:
- Print on the front of the title where it reads "Seller's Printed Name(s)".
*If there are two owners on the title, both must sign.
- Sign on the front of the title where it reads "Sellers Signature(s)".
