Title Signature Instructions
How to properly sign the Montana title
The registered owner of the vehicle must follow these steps:
- Sign the title in front of a Notary.
- Sign the title on the front where it reads "Signature of Seller".
*If there are two owners on the title, both must sign.
- Print on the front of the title where it reads "Printed Name".
