Title Signature Instructions
How to properly sign the North Dakota title
The registered owner of the vehicle must follow these steps:
- Sign on the front of the title where it reads "Signature of Seller".
*If there are two owners on the title, both must sign.
- Print on the front of the title where it reads "Hand Printed (Not Typed) Name(s) of Seller(s)".
