Duplicate Title Instructions

Getting a duplicate title when the vehicle was last titled in Oklahoma 

    The registered owner of the vehicle must follow these steps:
 
        1. Download and fill out the Oklahoma Duplicate Title Application. 

        2. You can do one of the following options:

 

• Bring the application to the Motor Vehicle Division.

 
                        Time frame to get the title: 2 Business Days
                        Cost to obtain: $11
 

 

 

• Mail the application to the Motor Vehicle Division.

                        Time frame to get the title: 6-8 Weeks 
                        Cost to obtain: $12.50 

Getting a duplicate title when the vehicle was last titled outside of Oklahoma

The registered owner of the vehicle must apply for a duplicate title through the state in which the vehicle was last titled in.
