Title Signature Instructions
How to properly sign the Texas title
The registered owner of the vehicle must follow these steps:
- Sign on the front of the title where it reads "Signature of Owner or Agent".
*If there are two owners on the title, both must sign.
- Sign on the back of the title where it reads "Signature of Seller/Agent".
- Print on the back of the title where it reads "Printed Name (Same As Signature)".
