Title Signature Instructions

How to properly sign the Washington title
   
Depending on which Washington Title you may have

The registered owner of the vehicle must follow these steps:

 

1. Sign on the front of the title on both lines that read "Registered Owner Signature" and "First Legal Owner Signature & Title".

*If there are two owners on the title, both must sign. 

 

2. Sign on the back of the title where it reads "Signature of Transferor/Seller".

    

   2. Sign on the back of the title where it reads

   
    

   3. Print on the back of the title where it reads "Printed Name(s) of Seller(s)".
